Painful Feet
Don't live with foot pain. We assess, diagnose, and treat the underlying cause — not just the symptoms.

Biomechanical Assessments
A biomechanical assessment is a detailed examination of how your feet, legs, and body move. We look at your posture, gait (the way you walk), joint range of motion, and muscle strength to identify any abnormalities that may be contributing to foot, ankle, knee, hip, or lower back pain.
The assessment helps us understand the root cause of your pain so we can recommend the most effective treatment — whether that's stretching exercises, footwear advice, or custom orthotics.
Custom Orthotics with 3D Scanning
Orthotics are specially made insoles that fit inside your shoes to correct the way your feet function. Unlike generic off-the-shelf insoles, custom orthotics are designed specifically for your feet based on a precise 3D scan.
We use state-of-the-art 3D foot scanning technology to capture an exact digital model of your feet. This data is used to manufacture orthotics that perfectly match your foot shape and address the specific biomechanical issues identified during your assessment.
Common conditions treated with orthotics include:
- Plantar fasciitis (heel pain)
- Flat feet (fallen arches)
- Bunions
- Metatarsalgia (ball of foot pain)
- Achilles tendonitis
- Shin splints
- Knee and hip pain related to foot mechanics
What to Expect
Your initial appointment includes a full biomechanical assessment and 3D scan. If orthotics are recommended, they are custom manufactured and typically ready for fitting within 2–3 weeks. A follow-up appointment ensures the orthotics are comfortable and working as intended.
